At Pannone we have a small but experienced team of Independent Financial Advisers. We offer advice not only to existing clients of Pannone, but to any potential clients in need of Financial Advice. The partnership we have with the wide range of solicitors at the firm enables us to give truly holistic advice when addressing complex issues such as Personal Injury Settlements and Inheritance Tax Planning.

The combined financial services experience of the team is more than 100 years and we are responsible for the ongoing Investment and Management of more than £150 million of our client's monies.

We are specialists in Investment Management. Whilst we can deal with Investments for any individual or company we have particular expertise in the investment of Personal Injury Settlements. We work closely with our Trust and Estate Planning solicitors to ensure that existing and potential benefits are protected from means testing wherever possible, whilst the funds are invested to provide maximum return for the claimant. We also have extensive expertise in arranging Investments for Trustees of all types of trusts taking account of their requirements under the Trustee Act 2000 and any taxation issues.

Having worked closely with our Family Department for a number of years, we also have extensive expertise in dealing with financial matters following divorce, in particular assisting with pension shares that are awarded as part of this process.

Whilst Investment Management and Pension Planning are our main areas of expertise, we are also able to offer advice in the setting up of protection plans to compensate you and your family in the event of death, critical illness or loss of income through prolonged sickness.
