Archives THE WOMEN'S IFA GROUP (WIG) by Fiona Price WIG aims to encourage the development of women IFAs all over the UK (and those who aspire to be so) as well as celebrating their success. It is a not-for-profit organisation founded by specialist IFAs for women, Fiona Price & Partners. WIG provides a calendar of events including high profile speakers, mentoring forums and networking. Though based in London, it will be moving to other areas of the UK in 2002. Wig has a website (www.womensifagroup.co.uk) and is launching a unique award to find the 'woman IFA of the year' in 2002 (see site for details). Membership and events are free of charge as a result of generous sponsorship from the financial sector. Though we have not personally assessed the competence of everyone listed, judging from those we have met at our events, we feel confident you will find a high standard of professionalism, integrity and technical knowledge.
